On this page you will find designs from art work i have bought, or have been drawn by me or other partys All designs are copyright, so do not take them. Displays will be in art form or actual sewn out designs. Each design is $5.00 for A 4x4 inch designs and $7.00 for 5x7 Inch design.

You will need a medium and large embroidery hoop to sew my designs out. If your format is not available you may need a conversion program to convert to your format. Designs are sent via email.

I do send out CD's or Floppy Disks for an extra charge of $10.00. Designs are sent via email for free. I will offer the following formats, XXX,PES, HUS. Questions email me. sunbonnetsue@netzero.com Please scroll down for other info on my designs.

About my Designs

What formats do you offer?

I currently offer Pes, and XXX. Please specify your format when ordering, otherwise PES will be sent. If you have a conversion program like buzz tools, embird you can convert designs to any format.If not i will try to convert designs for you to other formats

Do you provide Color Charts?

Each set/design includes a text format color chart in each format.

What Equipment do I need to use the designs?

These are machine embroidery designs. You will need an embroidery sewing machine to stitch these designs and the appropriate hardware and software to transfer the designs to your machine (for example, a reader/writer, amasing box etc). Designs are also sent to you as zip files, so you will need to upzip design files.

What payment options are avaliable?

I accept paypal payment which supports checks, and credit cards as payments as well. Please note that I do accept other payment methods should you purchase directly through my website.Just email me sunbonnetsue@netzero.com for questions.

Are designs manually punched?

Not at this time. My designs are auto digitized at this time. My commitment to you as a customer is to provide you high quality designs.

Where do you get your graphics?

I have spent a lot of time, effort and money in searching and purchasing designs from exceptionally talented graphic artists all over the world under the appropriate license. In some cases, graphics are my own art work as well. Please refer to my website for graphic credits.

How are my designs delivered?

Your designs will be emailed to you. Please ensure that your mail box has enough free space to accept the designs.

What if I do not receive my designs?

If for some reason you do not receive you designs, please email me at sunbonnetsue@netzero.com. Please contact me if you do not receive your designs within 24 hours of payment as it will likely mean that something has gone awry in cyberland. I would prefer to receive an email from you rather than receive an unjust negative feedback message.

Do you supply your designs on CD?

I am happy to put your designs on CD and send them to you for an additional charge. Please email me if you are interested in this option.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of embroidery software, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. All designs have been test stitched a number of times prior to being offered for sale.

What if I have any other questions?

What are your terms of use?

Designs can be used on items to be sold as long as long as you do not mass produce. Designs (either purchased or free) can not be sold, traded, shared or included in other other design package, including copying with intent or sharing with friends or family.

Please note that copying embroidery designs or sharing them is a copyright violation and consequently is illegal. This is irrespective of whether you purchase the design or download a sample. You merely have a license to use the software/download in accordance with my terms. However, you are allowed to make one copy for back-up purposes. You are also allowed to customise designs for your personal use, but you must not offer customised embroidery design files for resale (only on hand finished products) or claim it as your own. My merchandise is made with quality products, Due to the many hours of labor in making your quilt blocks specifically for you that include,cost of postage, packing the product, fabric,stabilizers and threads I cannot give refunds. Policys regarding refunds: All sales are final. If i would give a refund it is at my discretion. If i feel you should get a refund for any reason, there is a restocking fee of 50% of purchase price. All items must be returned to me before any refund is given. I will not refund any postage to a customer for postage of items returned to me
